These pictures are for Bella Rum and her Dad who want snow over at
http://red-um-brella.blogspot.com/.

6 years ago mid-December I was outside jogging in the evening in shorts and a t-shirt. Yes, in the same city. It was a struggle to get a sprinkling of snow even for Christmas in years of late. Last year and again this, there is no shortage of the stuff! Then it rains, as it's supposed to today when it goes above zero, then freeze and turn into ice pellets and then snow again. It was -28 celcius (-18.4 F) yesterday with a brutal wind!

By the way, that shot is of the street. What street? Exactly!

I'm hoping for snow here.

There's a street there??! We've never had snow in Brisbane, Australia but our southern states get some in the mountain regions. I experienced lots of the stuff though when we lived in Wyoming. I LOVED the beauty of it but I disliked driving in it and clearing it out of the driveway. lol

Man just like last year when I was there. Just to warn you, you will be getting milder weather soon for a few days. Here in the West we've been told as of Saturday we are going into the deep freeze, the warmest it will get is -10, but more than likely -20. It is supposed to last until after Christmas. Uck, oh well that's winter in the "Great White North"

Yes! I did see that warm above freezing weather is forecast! We're actually supposed to get rain. I'm praying it takes away some of the 36cms that it dumped the last few days.
