Update....

Bi-law stopped by and there's a lot of activity next door.  Boy are they pissed!  Like angry hornets that have been disturbed.  Perhaps killer bees is more appropriate.  Dare I go out and lounge in my gazebo?  Ummm, maybe not until tomorrow when they've cooled off a bit.

Most people would fence in their own pool for liability protection, if for no other reason. Here in Kona, the law requires it.

The consequences of an unattended, young child wandering into their pool area is something your neighbor's might consider.

Unfortunately they don't care about wandering children or pets. Everything that happens on their property is always somebody elses fault.
