It's been almost a week since I've posted anything. I've been on an impromtu vacation (in a rut). So here I am back temporarily.

Vicki Stripes is going to Vancover this week, not me.

My kids will be getting on the school bus and going off for a day of "work", not me.

The other half of me will be off working stressfully hard wishing he were home like me, but not me.

Tomorrow I will tackle the toilets and pick up the garbage the squirrels spread around (the black ones. The grey ones stare at me through the patio door until they drive me nuts....no pun intended.).....lucky me.

I fell off the wagon. I'm back at the bar.....of chocolate I mean. Nothing serious. Back to depriving myself again tomorrow. 5 days off and two days on.

I've added a cartoon a day early. Lucky you. Try not to laugh too loudly [eyes rolling here.]

Sounds like you are getting those late-feb/march blues. who says seasonal affective disorder is just for the special few. I need sunlight and some warmth soon! Otherwise I might start to pickle. Good news, we're have a surge of warm weather this week, supposed to hit a balmy 35 tomorrow! woo hoo! Tell Vicky she needs to visit Miami soon! Then we'll live vicariously through her!

Hi Carole. I'm still disappointed we don't get to vicariously go to Japan. Now that would have been a trip. At least Vancouver is warmer than this end of the country.

Heh, heh. You could always find adventure in Wal-Mart! Well, actually I could too. You know my "street record." LOL.

I do agree with Carole, sounds like you do have the winter blahs. Then again, so do I.

Cute cartoon!

Hey Deb, I think I have the winter, spring, summer and fall blahs all at once.

I went to Walmart and didn't even attract one single nut case. We need to meet some day and go shopping together and see what we can stir up. I would imagine that it would be an interesting outing!

Kurt, it you're going for the 70%, why not go for the 80% I do believe I have both in the cupboard. Thanks for reminding me!
